The Company Secretary Foundation course is the first level of all three levels in the journey of becoming a Company Secretary. The duration of the CS Foundation course is 8 months. CS Foundation is provided by ICSI However, admission to the CS Foundation course is valid for three years, and the candidate must qualify for the CS Foundation exam within this period. There is a choice given to candidates if they clear the CSEET exam then they can directly pursue the CS executive course.
